**DSPLY Store Policies**

At **DSPLY**, we’re a small team with a big standard. We design, test, and print locally because we care about how it **looks**, how it **feels**, and how it **lasts**. If anything about your order isn’t right, **we want the first opportunity to fix it**.
## 1) Our Promise
We want every customer happy—period. If you have an issue, email us and we’ll work toward the best solution: **a replacement garment, store credit for the next collection, or a cash refund** (depending on the situation and inventory availability).

## 2) Product Standards (T32 + R32 Only)
Right now, DSPLY is focused on two silhouettes only:
* **T32**
* **R32**
We chose these because the fabric has an **organic, premium texture** with a **structured feel** that supports long-term wear and clean-looking prints.
## 3) Printing + Packaging (Made With Care in Dallas)
* All DSPLY graphics are printed using **DTG (Direct-to-Garment)** for high-detail output and premium finish.
* Printing is done **locally in Dallas**.
* Orders are **packed by hand** by our team—**Yuki and Luis**—with quality checks before shipment.
## 4) Shipping (UPS)
* We ship with **UPS** (domestic + international).
* Tracking is emailed once your package ships.
* Most DSPLY shipments are under **$50** and we treat shipments as covered/protected at that value through UPS.
### International Shipping (Offered)
We **do ship internationally**.
* International delivery times vary by destination.
* Customers are responsible for **customs duties, import taxes, and fees** required by their country (if applicable).
* Customs processing can add extra time outside of our control.
## 5) Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
* If an address is incorrect and the package is delivered elsewhere (or returned), we’ll still try to help, but we can’t guarantee a replacement/refund for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address.
## 6) Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We’re new and we care about getting it right. If you’re unhappy, we want the chance to make it right.
### Return/Exchange Window
* Requests must be submitted within **30 days of delivery** (based on tracking).
* If your item arrived damaged/incorrect, contact us within **7 days of delivery**.
### Eligibility
Items must be:
* **Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition**
* Free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage
### What We’ll Offer (Based on the Situation)
1. **Replacement garment** (same item/size if available)
2. **Store credit** toward the next collection
3. **Refund** back to the original payment method
### Refund Timing
After your return is received and inspected, refunds typically process within **14–21 business days** (your bank may take additional time to post the credit).
## 7) Quality Notes + Variations
Because our garments are printed and handled with care in small runs:
* Minor differences in print placement/ink appearance can occur (normal for DTG).
* Colors may vary slightly due to lighting/screens.
## 8) Garment Care (For Longest Life)
To protect the fabric and keep your DTG print looking crisp:
**Wash**
* Machine wash **cold**, **inside out**, gentle cycle
* Use **mild detergent**
* Avoid **fabric softeners**

**Dry**
* **Hang dry** recommended, or tumble dry **low heat** ([help.printful.com][1])
**Iron**
* Iron **inside out** on cool/low heat
* **Never iron directly on the print** ([help.printful.com][1])
